They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I would have no problem giving them a recommendation. If anyone needed a gastroenterologist, I would direct them here. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call.

Dr. Pecha is great! Made a very unpleasant experience tolerable (colonscopy). Staff is great as well!
I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. During my appointment, they thoroughly went over all of my questions, and I definitely felt a lot more knowledgeable afterwards. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
