I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

I had a great experience with Dr. Low and his staff. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and Dr. Low to be very kind, professional and informative. It felt as if he really cared that I have a good experience and was willing to explain to me everything about the procedure I would be having done. His office was very clean and decorated in a soothing manner. The whole office experience was very nice.

The "procedure" was done yesterday and I have to say that it was equally as pleasant. From the person who checked me in who was very kind and helpful to the nursing staff who helped me get ready it was all a very positive experience. The nurse who explained all about what was going to take place during the procedure was so very kind and answered every question I had, she knew I was a little bit nervous (ok! maybe a lot nervous) so she tried to keep me calm and was most helpful. I felt really cared for and most comfortable and would not be afraid if I had to do this again. It was a very good experience considering the type of procedure it was. Thankfully there are professionals who are caring and willing to be in this business. I would recommend Dr. Low for anyone needing this type of care.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The issue with Dr Low is the billing company he does business with. The billing company does not understand the basics of how to file a claim with a heath insurance company. They also don't understannd what it means to get pre-authorization. The billing company instead wants me to pay for the services. I would not return to Dr Low again, because its too frustrating to deal with the billing company. I hope he finds another billing company soon!
