Their office was one of the most friendly offices I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily, and I hate going to doctors. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they spent extra time making sure I understood the procedure (colonoscopy)--they even gave me hand written instructions of everything discussed so I wouldn't forget anything! I felt that they really valued my health and appreciate that they really listened to me, unlike most doctors I've seen. I am actually looking forward to my procedure with Dr. Hertz, and I will be recommending her to everyone I know who needs a good GI doctor!
