I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time. . I would never visit him again. I was very disappointed. I was very surprised that he didn't respect my questions at all. In fact, he just ignored my questions. The staff at the hospital made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Jeffrey Gerson, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I was positive not to meet with him again. he completly disregarded my requests both times.

I wouldn't waste my time with this so called Dr. He's rude and treats his patients like his opinions are the only ones that count. He speaks of only what he feels is relevent, and heaven forbid you have a question. You're lucky if you get an answer and that's only if he feels like answering it. He then walks out of the room and the conversation is over whether your done or not. I don't and won't reccommend this fool to anyone - ever.
