Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
