They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Their office wasn't too difficult to find. I was able to find it fairly easily. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
