I'm 75 years old and don't speak English. I had a bronchoscopy by Dr. Mortazavi. He's excellent and his staff is helpful; friendly and professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are available if I think of any more questions I want to ask. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful after visiting. It was a little hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. Many thanks to Dr. Mortazavi!

Dr. Mortazavi found out why I had not slept in years - sleep apnea! My body was afraid to sleep - i was not breathing 30 times an hour and breathing very shallow. His office staff is the best ... You couldn't ask more from a doctor (he is awesome!). I feel like family when I'm there ... his staff treats everyone like family ... so happy with this doctor!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I didn’t feel like they rushed my appointment at all. They made sure all my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their staff didn't go out of their way to be helpful. They spent a minimal amount of effort helping me.
