The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Excellent physician manners.

I went to Dr. Read to remove my wisdom teeth. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered, especially with insurance and billing. They have a very good professional reputation and were recommended by my dentist and friends. There was lots of available parking at their office. However, expect to wait at least 45-60 minutes for your initial consult and follow-ups and only spend about 10-15 minutes minutes with the actual doctor.
