People take notice...most of the positive reviews are by anonymous reviewers. My recent experience is very much like the reviews with names. The staff was unprofessional and the doctor was defensive.
Bad sign in my book. Be leery of using either Mitcherling.

By looking at all the positive reviews, I thought I had gone to the wrong Dentist. On my last visit I was greeted by a receptionist eating her lunch and talking on the phone to someone I am sure was not a patient. After taking my insurance card I was told "we'll be with you in a few minutes". About 45 minutes went by and then I discovered that the Doctor wasn't even there, he was at the hospital performing surgery. Having discovered this I left, but not before the receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule. Are you kidding me?? I lost a day of work and rearranged my day to keep this appointment, i am not going to take a chance on losing another days work. My advice, find another oral surgeon.
