Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and though I'm confident in Dr. Berman's technical skills, the office atmosphere was less than desirable. The waiting room was full to capacity and luckily, I was actually taken at my scheduled appointment time (for my consultation beforehand, I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time). When I got into the room there was a spot of blood on the floor by the chair and many of the dental tools were sitting on a tray, unwrapped. I waited in the room for 30 minutes before the procedure got started. I tried to ask both the nurse and Dr Berman questions that had not been answered during my consult but they did not seem to want to be bothered. No extra information was given and I felt like I was being a nuisance asking about what was going to happen to me (I was quite nervous). After the procedure they hurried me out while I was still heavily sedated. Both my boyfriend and mother had to essentially carry me to the car and I didn't start to wake up until I was home. I don't intend to return to this surgeon solely because I do not feel comfortable there -- I felt like I was on an assembly line.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

This was my first visit with Dr. Berman. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit. The staff was very friendly and the office appearance was very nice. Most Dr.'s office's smell strange, like rubbing alcohol or something, but it smelled normal and it was a relief to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I spent a little too much time in the waiting room but, as soon as I told the receptionist I had another Dr. appointment right after this one, they took me back immediately. They obviously valued my time. I got a tooth extracted and it literally seemed like I was done within 10 minutes. Seriously, he finished so quickly, was very professional and most importantly, I was pain free the entire time. I'm a very satisfied patient and will continue to return.
