No, if they had music on it was very soothing

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Dr. Goldman took my 5 kids wisdom teeth out.I choose Dr Goldman over some of the other Oral Surgens in the area cause he was lower priced, and when I call his staff was so helpful. Dr. Goldman has the medical history forms online to fill out. I did not waste my time coming in for a consullt and then back for the extractions, he did it all at one visit. The ladys up front had called to get my insurance benefits even before I got there. When his nurse came out to bring back my kids they were friendly and able to make my kids relax alittle bit. I was very pleased with Dr Goldman and the care his staff provided for my kids. After they had there wisdom teeth out they even gave them a milkshack to eat on the way home. I was able to get the meds right there in the office. I would highly recommend Dr Goldman.

I'm relatively new to the DC area. My new dentist recommended that I get one of my wisdom teeth removed. He recommended me to Dr. Leonard Goldman. During my "consultation" with Dr. Goldman, I had a pretty negative experience overall at the office. I walked into the office to notify the staff that I was there for my appointment. The woman at the front desk didn't even acknowledge me but instead rudely told me that she was busy doing something else and that I needed to wait. After several minutes, another woman behind the front desk took down my name. I had to get an x-ray of my teeth. The x-ray machine is located in the hallway of the office. I thought it was kind of awkward to have an x-ray done out in the open. Dr. Goldman sat down with me for a few minutes. He looked in my mouth and recommended that all 4 of my wisdom teeth come out. He did mention that ultimately the decision was up to me. At the time, I opted for all 4, thinking that I should follow the doctor's recommendation. The "consultation" part of this took about 2-3 minutes. I was directed to see the front desk again to set an appointment for the surgery. I asked the women at the front desk if I could change my mind about getting all 4 teeth removed. The women at the front desk were unfriendly again. They said that I could but my insurance would only cover anesthesia if all 4 wisdom teeth were removed. Overall, I felt very uncomfortable at Dr. Goldman's office and did not go through with the surgery, primarily because I didn't want to be under anesthesia under the care of his staff.
