They were able to provide what they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.
The ladies at the front desk have a terrilbe and nasty attitude.
they act as if they are of a superior level to that of the patients (at least in my case). They were unfriendly and very dry when speaking to me.
I WONT go to this office as my first choice ever again.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious.
