They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their advanced and sophisticated equipment was like none I've ever seen before. I was very impressed with how high tech everything in their office was. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They do a great job soothing my child when he's nervous, and once he relaxes, he ends up enjoying the exam.
