Have been a patient for several years. I have always found Dr Clayton to be first rate. Her knowledge and skills are amazing. I have a complicated Medical history, but she is able to deal with it and provide me with excellent advice and care.

I was treated with tender love and care. Both Dr. Clayton and EyeCare to check on me the evening after my cataract surgery. I am due to have the other eye done October 31 and will be very comfortable having her perform the removal of that cataract also.

I have been a patient of Dr. Clayton for a number of years ande very time I finish an appointment with her, I am struck by how much I feel I have been listened to and cared for. Without hesitation, she is an excellent doctor.

Dr Clayton changed my life with the cataract surgery she performed on me. I have not seen as well as I do now with either contact lenses (hard or gas perms) or glasses since I can remember. She is one of the kindest, gentlest, smartest, and most willing to spend time with the patient type of doctors I have ever met. She totally destroys that "Surgeon and bad bedside image" many doctors are given. I can't wait until my right eye is under her "knife"! She is amazing and someone I would trust my precious eyesight with anyday.

Was very pleased with Dr. Clayton and the staff at Salmon Creek. Friendly, professional and courteous. The staff at the surgery center is exceptional. I felt totally comfortable and cared about before, during and after my cataract surgery.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Not if my life depended on it

No, and they don't make an effort to even try
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes

Somewhat, they could've used more help
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
