5 Stars all around! Dr. Bartlett, Dr. Anderson, and the entire staff make you feel very special. I feel like a celebraty every time I'm there. The outcome of my first eye surgery, has been above what i expected, and my vision is like a teenager again! Love Northbay Eye Associates, and everything they do. Excited to get the second eye surgery, and see the world in a whole new light!

Please excuse my tardiness in responding; it is not a reflection of the treatment I received but rather of my upside down life at this time. My daughter has recently been diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma and I spend a great deal of time and energy with her in another city. With that on my mind, it was a great relief to have Dr. Bartlett take the time to show me the screen of my eye test and educate me about a diagnosis I don't want to have or hear about. I left feeling, however, there was not an eminent issue of going blind and that I was doing what could be done at this point in time. Hearing I don't need to come back for a year was very reassuring!
