Excellent experience, as always, at Dr. Bacharach's office. All staff members are professional and courteous, particularly in the Research Department. Dr. Bacharach is obviously highly skilled but he also demonstrates that he truly cares about his patients. I appreciate all he and his staff have done to help me.

As always I found my experience great. Efficient staff make the pre work easy and my visits with Dr. Bacharach are alwaysprompt and professional. Because of visionloss I am in the office several times ayear and I can always be assured it willbe a smooth appointment.

Professional and excellent are and treatment. I feel fortunate to be Dr. Bacarach's patient. My eye pressure has been lowered. I am confident that this Fall when I have my cataracts removed, that my eye sight will be much improved.

My visit to Dr. Bacharach's office has always been very good. From the time I walk in to the time I leave is great. We are greeted and welcomed by the whole staff as if we were old friends from way back. Being acknowledged by the whole staff as we are makes one feel wanted and that your health is very important to them. I wish more offices and all businesses could take a good lesson from Dr. Bacharach and staff.

taken on time...all staff was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. B is an excellent clinician with an exceptional bedside manner. I have been a patient for about 15 years and have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is first rate....I have recently relocated from Petaluma and now travel from Washington State for my appointments, a testament to the entire group.

Very nice. Appreciate staff at both Petaluma and Santa Rosa office, but felt more welcomed at Santa Rosa office. I noted right away that the Staff were kind to patients, but also to each other. Appointment went smooth, I was a few minutes late, had called office, Faith was very gracious and understanding. Dr was personable, yet respectful of other patients time who were waiting.
