They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Dr Reese was most helpful and knowledgeable about my condition and treatment. Could not have been in better hands.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They didn't rush my appointment at all, and made sure that all my questions were answered before I left. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They definitely weren't friendly. They were cold and not very polite. Most of the advice they gave me seemed completely biased. It seemed like they just cared about making money off me. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them.
