They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are one of the most reliable doctors I've ever met. Not only are they never late for my appointments, I've even shown up late and they've still been ready to see me. I can't keep myself from recommending this place. I've already told all my friends and family. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Not really, it wasn't very clean

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times. They always make an extra effort to accommodate my schedule and set up a time for me that's convenient. I don't feel satisfied with how my appointment went, but it wasn't the worst appointment I've ever had. It definitely could have gone better though.

Dr Harris has treated me for RA for several years and I will continue to seek treatment regardless of health insurance. He is worldly and truly knowledgeable in matters of the immune system. He is kind and compassionate and has a great since of humor which is important when you don't feel well. He is also a proponent of community service and an active supporter of research for the cure of arthritis.
