This doctor is pathetic . She tries to act very smart and sympathetic but is very self centered and has no intention to help her patients . Has very poor funds of knowlege. She does not have any doctor like qualities.She will make you feel that you are wrong about everything and she knows everything. she has no insight into her own weaknesses and lack of skills or knowlege . I hung on to the practice for a long time and only got sicker and she told me this is only the natural progression of my disease . I have been under the care of another rheumatologist and have not felt better in years.Do yourself a favor and avoid this woman at all cost.

Dr Swarup was very knowledgable about my medical condition. She diagnosed me correctly after I had seen 2 other doctors for the same condition. She worked with my insurance to get my medications covered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They answered my questions but seemed disinterested. After 3 years of regular visits still has to look at my chart to know who I am (do that before you come in the room if you need to.) Made erroneous medical assumptions without facts. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Getting refills is a nightmare.

I was told specifically to be at the office at 7am. I arrived at the office right at 7:00am, only to find everything still locked! The receptionist arrived late, smelled of cigarettes, and complained about her personal life and late morning to another employee while I waited in the reception area.
