They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were the most respectful, courteous doctor I've ever been to. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Not only was their office easy to locate, I found parking in seconds too. It was so nice and convenient.

I loved that they took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt much more confident going into treatment. I couldn't believe how caring and attentive they were. They are definitely one of the best in the field. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. . You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

Very busy doctor and supposedly an expert in San Antonio. Be weary. Look into his education. You will be dismissed unless you are very sick and show deformities of "his diseases". If you are in pain and want answers do not see this physician. He did not follow up and as I learned, he did not complete some of the process in the evaluation. A few things he should have checked and did not. Additionally, he was suppose to follow up with me and has not; it has been more than 4 weeks.
