I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I spent almost no time in the waiting room. I had barely sat down in my chair when they called me back to see the doctor. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I've never met a more attentive doctor anywhere else. They listened carefully to all my input and addressed all my concerns. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Was this rheumatologist's office clean?

I absolutely love Doctor Stern and his office staff.. I am a 25yr. old mother of 3 who had a lot of weird symptoms, he told me he would look into everything he didnt promise an anything but he did say he would work his hardest to try and figure it all out.. I love them thats allI I can say.... I found parking immediately, didnt wait in the waiting room long and he was down to buisness and I was out of there.. He was concerned and I felt very confident and comforted that he meant everything he said.. Thank you Dr. Stern...

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
