I spent almost no time in the waiting room. I had barely sat down in my chair when they called me back to see the doctor. Their office was so clean and neat, it was obvious that they spent a lot of effort to make a welcoming, professional atmosphere for their patients. They always return my phone calls within the same day, it's fantastic. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

The staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, and were happy to help me with whatever I needed. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I've never met a more attentive doctor anywhere else. They listened carefully to all my input and addressed all my concerns. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
