Dr. Kim was very thorough in determining my diagnosis, encouraging me to ask questions along the way and very helpful in answering them. He and his staff have always been available to me for any additional questions or concerns regarding my treatment options. The staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, warm and professional, making each visit to the office a pleasure, and Dr. Kim's "bedside manner" is very professional while also being witty and humorous. The office is very easily located next to Indiana Regional Medical Center in Indiana, PA.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. His credentials were displayed where they were easy to see and read.

His staff is very polite and treated me well. They always made an extra effort to be polite and courteous to all their patients. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The receptionist was kind and had a sense of humor that was fun and nice to see. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

The Doctor took his time and listened to what I had to say without dismissing what I said, or trying to hurry me, or finish my thoughts for me. He was extremely professional.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
