They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Dr. Santora has no bedside manner. She told me that it wasn't her problem that I had other medical problems and was rude to me. After this appointment, I decided that I wanted to change doctors and I'm very happy with my selection. In my opinion, Dr. Santora should not be practicing with patients who have pain on an ongoing basis. She has no sympathy for people like myself.

The staff was pleasant enough, but they were short with me and I could hear them bickering from the waiting room. The Doctor was rude, at best, and had an accusatory and belittling tone. She seemed to be thorough, but her attitude will keep me from going back.
