It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I've been to MANY doctors and Dr McKibben and his staff are exceptional ! Very friendly, congenial, supportive and they all have a very good sense of humor, which is an enlightening change of pace for a doctors office.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
