They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
