The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I will definitely recommend this podiatrist to people I know. My feet have never felt better.

I did feel safe with them at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Doctor just wants to profit by selling orthotics. Waited for pre authorization re; coverage of orthotics...after waiting about 20 minutes was told 90 percent was covered...which was wrong, now that employee that was in error no longer works there, I'm on the hook for about $1000 and "doctor" Black doesn't want to take responsiblity for his employees/business. Shame on him. Not a good person or professional at all...go elsewhere.

The staff and Dr. are great. the exception is the billing department. They dont work with you on making payments. They had me in tears.
