Staff was great. called left message, my call was returned in a timely matter.
They were able to get me in the same day. I had two very painful ingrown toe nails that had become very diffuclt to walk with. Doctor was friendly, proffesional, very experienced. I had to get several numbing shots, I barely felt them. Removed the bad nails and wrapped them up. He also took the time to answer some questions i had about about why I was wearing out the sole of one of my works boots so fast and basically ruining a pair of boots well before i should be. My wife had been to this doctor before, this was my first time and I would recommend others to Dr. Birkholm
