The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The waiting room chairs were not the best I have seen, they could definitely use an upgrade. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
