DR. WILLIAM SPAK, MALPRACTICE conviction on (2) counts of Negligence. Case heard at Superior Court of California, County of Orange, in Sant Ana.
Case # 30-2009-00120955. Jury verdict 2/23/12. Guilty of treatment below the standard of care; Guilty of causing substantial harm to patient. Foot is now 70% permanently disabled due to Dr Spak doing a "complex sugery" that he had no qualification to do. This guy is not a MD (Medical Doctor). STAY AWAY FROM EVER LETTING THIS GUY TOUCH YOU!

Very good and competent doctor. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

I currently have a suit pending against this doctor for doing a shoddy foot surgery job that
was suppose to be a simple removal of a calcium deposit/bone spur from my foot. Ends up that he (literally) cuts my foot in half and bolts in back together. 2 months later when he removes the bolts, he leave one washer in my foot the size of a quarter. Had to pay a different surgeon $6,000 on my visa to remove the metal. Couple months later, I need another
surgery because the sural nerve is twisted between the bone he cut in half. I've had to have
a total of 4 surgeries so far. I've been declared physically disabled/handicap since then and
most likely for the rest of my life. They are making a custom brace for my foot/ankle when I never had any problem with my ankle before. This doctor is over worked and cannot keep up with his paperwork in order for him to get a surgery room time at Anaheim Memorial. I was delayed two weeks until he got caught up. The blotched surgery was due to the fact that he is
always rushing around from patient to patient; and from hospital to hospital. Be advised!!!
