My experience with the doctor has been professional, however the scheduling staff seems unsympathetic to my injury in scheduling a followup appointment sooner than 3 weeks. They did not follow up with me after my CT scan at the hospital, either. As an aware consumer, I suspect the office either plays favorites or is unsympathetic to patients in pain, since the other postings indicate there is rarely a wait for appointment.
