They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

RUDE was 30 minutes late to my appointment charged me for the visit and gave me no resolution. and the receptionist tried to blame it on me saying i was 5 minutes late when the doctor wasnt even in the office! RUDE RUDE RUDE and really pissed me off. never have i ever spoken like htis about a doctors office. rude and unprofessional
