They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
