I saw this doctor for a custom insert for my shoes as I had pain. I went to the office 7/18 and was told the authorization would take about 7 to 10 days. I waited until 7/29 (10 days later) and called to find that the only person who works on authorizations had just arrived back from vacation today and that I was to call back in in 7 to 10 additional days! She said "it's in my basket to do today, I just got back."

I am disappointed at the lack of communication and in the bland "I've got work to do hurry and get off the phone it wasn't my fault" type of "apology" I got. (No, those weren't her words, but the tone of voice said it all.)

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
