My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They had some of the oldest and most decrepit looking equipment I have ever seen. It looked really unsafe. They would suggest that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant.
