I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

I would just like to add that Dr. Joyce and his staff are all so very caring and wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable and helped me through a very long and crazy past 4 weeks. I had 2 surgeries on my foot and I am still not able to walk on it. In the beginning Dr. joyce was so very understanding to my issues. I am on a program for depedant on pain pills, and dr. Joce never judged me, he also worked with me on how to get through my pain without taking alot of pain pills. I was very worried about how a Dr was going to react to someone who is on a program for such things and he made me feel that he has done this with so many others, and that it was not a big deal. Well am going stir crazy not walking but my foot looks GREAT! I cant believe that my toe does not cross anymore. I can wear flip flops again!! Thank you Dr. Joyce and Staff.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
