This is a "small town" practice that has been open for a long time. People say that the medical care itself is good. But my experience was that the office was so far in violation of privacy policies that I walked out. I am not someone who feels very strictly towards privacy laws and understand that we are all imperfect humans.

As I sat in the waiting room, I could hear the doctor speaking badly about other medical professionals, very loudly. He also communicated with the front desk staff about an earlier patient's specific problems in the same manner, including her full name, diagnosis, and insurance policy. I got up and left the appointment.

No matter how good of a doctor Kent is on the medical side, he needs to become a little more modern and realize that it is a violation of his ethics to broadcast the personal medical information of his patients.

I have never left a Doctor's office or written a negative review. This guy might be good but if you value your personal information, steer clear!!!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
