Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Dr. Kats was extremely professional. He diagnosed my problem and provided the approriate treatment. He was very caring to my discomfort and even prescribed medication to help with the pain during the recovery process. If I still lived in the area I would definitely see Dr. Kats again. Definitely one of the better care providers I've seen over my years.
