They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
