They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

In late 2010, paid several hundred for custom orthodics and was not at all satisfied. Doctor left me in room with feet pushed back in abnormal position, wrapped in plastered gauze for over 30 min. The staff was not informed and were surprised to find me there. When I picked orthodics up they were not finished and had to be trimmed to fit in shoes. They are uneven and completely ineffective for the problem I have. I could have purchased the same for $10 at any drugstore. There is of course no refund.
