They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
