They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. He listened to me, but felt compelled to explain how he was not able to do the necessary procedures from different angles ("hospital is a pain, I don't have experience with wierd cases, etc."). I didn't have any trouble finding the office.
After more than 6 months, nothing substantial has been done to relieve my problem (bone tumors), and all I have to show for my money & troubles is a boot I wear which causes swelling in my ankle often. He's supposed to refer me to someone else, but has yet to follow-up on that.
