They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
