I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were one of the best podiatrists I have ever met. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I have been Dr. Strauss patient and I have been very satisfied with his services and attention towards my personal/medical needs. Dr. Strauss is an excellent Dr. He is highly recommended throughout the networks and I am proud to have him as a Doctor.

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Yes, it was almost unbearable
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Yes, they seemed very qualified

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Never, they are very reliable.
