The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I went to Dr. Harrison for reconstructive surgery following breast cancer and a mastectomy. He was highly recommended by my oncologist who I adore. I thought he was very strange from my first visit, but I trusted my cancer doctor. When he did surgery on me to insert the permanent implant, he left a quarter-inch gap in my suture line that I was unaware of until I went in for my post-op visit and he removed the bandage. He sent me home with a tube of Polysporin and gauze pads and told me to keep it clean and dry. About a month later I woke up in excruciating pain. The implant had become totally infected. When I went back to Dr. Harrison, he told me that it would have to come out-no surprise. Then they had the nerve to ask me for my insurance co-pay for the surgery. I let him do the surgery because I felt I had no choice. When I started getting bills for the surgery, I sent them to HIM to pay them. When he didn't, I sent him a "Letter of Intent to Sue". He mailed me a copy of the bill and had written "Paid in Full" on the top. A short time later I rec'd a $300 check for a refund of money I had paid him TWO years prior. It was for "Overpayment". He claims to be a Christian and hides behind that, but he has habit of bringing in alot of extra surgeons(buddies, I'm sure). I have been using ETMC doctors for three years now and it seems to be a widespread practice within the hospital. I will be using Trinity Mother Frances in the future as I have heard nothing but good about them. As of now, I am still without a breast on my left side-just a big ugly scar.
