I called several times and no answer at all! If they are so popular then why dont they have a receptionist? I expect this from a reputible company. Very shody.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. He treats the cause, not just the symptoms, and my body's response was rapid. He took my sciatica from a pain level of 10 with no known cause to a pain level of 3 with a well understood cause through his individually focused (and specific muscle focused) exercises in a matter of days.

Terry Kern is the best physical therapist I have ever seen of many. I have sent friends to him who have had the same experience. I recommend his ability to evaluate and give you exercises to improve as the best. If you are compliant and do as he directs on your own I believe you will have excellent results. He has solved more than one problem I have had over the years, and allowed me to return to full function.

Terry makes sure every single question I have is answered. Terry has exceptional skills; he's an extremely competent and experienced professional. He and his assistants are friendly, warm and caring. I am constantly amazed at the progress I make through Terry's sessions and expert guidance. One day I left his office and thought I've probably never felt as good as I did that day!

Terry is an amazing physical therapist - innovative, kind, professional, and exceptionally skilled and knowledgable. I wish more heath professionals were like Terry. He's helped me undo long-term patterns that have contributed to an injury. I highly recommend him.
