They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
