I am a grandmother of a 5 year old who was recently seen by Dr. Dinicola's office for her kindergarten vaccinations. I have never in my life seen such rudeness from a nurse. The entire process was rude from the beginning to the end, there was not one compassionate word offered by the nurse, only irritation when my grandaughter showed fear or hesiation. The vaccination part was like something out of a horror office, she stormed into the room after the Dr had completed the physical examination and grabbed and stabbed 6 times, never once offering a single word of comfort and stormed out leaving my grandaughter bleeding, bruised and traumatized. I asked to speak to the Dr after and had my moment, but left feeling like it fell on deaf ears. These people need a different occupation where they do not scar children the rest of their lives with their HORRIBLE and insensitive attitudes. Because they neglected to give her one of the tests, we had to follow up with a lab visit and a blood draw!! The difference in nurses from one facility to the other was like night and day, the nurse at the blood draw was wonderful and sensitive, as a result, the experience was far less traumatic on my grandaughter.

The doctors and PA's here are really great and knowledgeable. Especially Dr. Dinicola. The office staff is rude and has really bad customer service. They could really use an attitude adjustment. They act like everything is such a hassle, even taking your money is a chore for them. They office keeps awful hours and are closed a lot. It's nearly impossible to get your call answered the first time since they are out so much most of the time the phones are sent to their exchange.

I'm a mother of two small children. The staff at Dr. Dinicola's office is the worst I have seen. They are rude, disrespectful and are in need of an attitude adjustment and it seems to be a disease that has transferred to all of the women in the office. My children were turned away two days in a row while having breathing problems and then closed early, after refusing to see my children.
