They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

My child absolutely loves James H Flores Jr, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. We were seen by the NP and my son just loves her-
I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a great doctor in PV.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart.
