Extremely rude staff. When I called the day prior to see if I could come in earlier than my scheduled appointment I was told 'yes come at 11' When my husband arrivered with our son who was there for a follow up to check on his ear infection, they turned him away and said this was the not the correct time and they were very rude about it. It took a full month to get his insurance switched to a new provider and when we finally got him to the new dr, he had a double ear infection so now we have to start over on antibiotics, follow up in a week and see if he needs to see an ENT. I am so upset because if he needs to get tubes in his ears this could have been resolved by now and this could have an impact on his language developing as he is almost a year and a half and his hearing is muffled due to this recurring ear infection. That was my horrible experience, also every time in there, I see their rudeness to others, they roll their eyes when on the phone and slam the phone down when hanging up. Also, It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Do yourself a favor and stay away, the attitude of the staff, especially the nurse who sees you before the dr., is atrocious
